Most of my colleagues were very nice, cooperative and supportive , loved to spend time with them...Black Turtle is an excellent place to work because of people working there and what Black Turtle is today it is because of loyalty, honesty and hardworking of some employees.....

...are cunning in nature....no professional ethics...no honesty towards Clients....Salary is not matching with experience and achievements.....flattering/buttering, discrimination,politics etc etc.....

No proper communication channel, high favourism. No job security. Toxic people , will unnecessarily escalate in the name of their position. No work life balance. No support from team leads. Selfish people

1. The people are always busy, you don’t get proper feedbacks and don’t get any support or assistance from Team leads 2. Very bad attitude towards new people, since they are very busy they get irritated by our doubts 3. No proper communication channel 4. No proper orientation or trainings will be provided

Very much pressurized environment with hard core rude team lead and manager, though we worked really hard that is also got mo ked by the manager infront of the team call, no work life balance. Target pressure is too much pls dont join this company.

Amazing work life balance and one can grow alot within the organisation, while being able to work on different industries to explore

To earn incentives is a little difficult, one who is excellent in hiring can make it definitely.
