This is such a pathetic company that after working for 18 months they even took back my hike and bonus just because I am leaving the organisation for better growth and opportunities* Such a Beggar HR department. Don't join Guys it's the worst of the worst companies

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technolgy. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, hight-quality products and has a global client base. I and my colleagues also work happily in colloborations.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. They unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

During the appraisal meeting they wont tell you about how much they going to hike the package or not even let you discuss about it, manager will just appreciate/give feedback about you and meeting ends in just 3 minutes

Ontime Monthly salary is credited directly bank account. Their is no work pressure. Friendly atmosphere.

Salary increment will be after one year I,e., Rs.1000/- only, No skill develop and daily routine work.
