Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. The owner and whole management are good. HR department arrange activities time to time. 2nd and 4th Saturday off in every month. They give health insurance.

Dislikes

Salary is good in this organization but career growth is slow.

Great atmosphere, you get to learn something new about the business every single day.. especially the bounding between teams is something that you don't get to see much often... Had a wonderful time working with BLS international

There are no such negatives, just that the leaves that they provide are way too less

The company has a good working culture, with helpful people around you. Your performance can sometimes bring exceptional results.... which is nice☺

There are too many SOPs all around which sometimes will make you miserable--- this is the only thing which will interfere with performance

1. Pathetic HR 2. No job security and consistency 3. No life, work balance 4. Terrible environment with no supporting hand 5. Dirty politics 6. No value, respect or dignity to employees, as the mgt believes they get replacement easily. 7. Every day mgt wants to discuss abt your JD/KRA but the entire life you could not understand what was ur JD/KRA in BL... !! 8. Mgt only believe on PAPER WORK, instead of RESULT or EFFORTS
