Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. The owner and whole management are good. HR department arrange activities time to time. 2nd and 4th Saturday off in every month. They give health insurance.

Every day mgt wants to discuss abt your JD/KRA but the entire life you could not understand what was ur JD/KRA in BL... !! 8. Mgt only believe on PAPER WORK, instead of RESULT or EFFORTS
