Good company for those who don't have any career/salary growth expectations

Dislikes

1. Centralized management system(1 person takes decisions) 2. Don't think even about employees growth/satisfaction 3. Increments done on the basis of wish of top management not on your performance or hard work 4. You can not make any request or give any suggestion to top management, otherwise you will be punished , you just have to follow their orders without thinking about increments 5. No scope for salary increment despite of your performance is good

salary/apparaisal is slighlty lenghty but its ok,because u also get time to learn the things.

...learns many things. But Company has very narrow mind set, nepotism and politics. Management always tries to cut the salary of employee to enrich themselves.

...ny manners how to talk with employees. Company is full of politics and nepotism. They deduct salary for misc. reasons and enrich themselves. Just nothing but nightmare.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest changes oft tax & other related information . I like company policy there employee lot of knowledge & helpful .I was increase my knowledge when i come to my company . My company care there employee .

...mployee other state i was not able to going other place some my family problem . And there salary not good compare by work.

Dislikes

Office politics won't let you work. They will kick you out of the company as per their mood. No Notice period will be allowed to be served , they will kick you on same day. Founder is himself worst here, He won't listen to anything. Salary is very low not even as per market standards, Work culture will also not be appreciated, Poor sanitation facilities , No job security. No promotion.
