...s which is pathetic and salary is not given in those 3 months of serving notice. After seving full notice period too there are salary cuts. Its so pathetic. Please never join this company. No benefits. No perks, no concept of casual or sick leave and leaves are also very less. Pathetic company, do not ever join this company. They monitor your work every 10 minutes and ping you if you are not completing mandatory hours. Feels so restricted and productivity goes down. The HR here is a joke in the name of HRs.

Every thing about this company reeks of duplicity and hidden clauses which will feel like you are literally in a jail working as a petty daily wage worker. The HR is a joke.

...washroom area too. Not decent company premises, it just table and chair company. By the name of commitment pay they start deductions money from your salary and if you leave the company inbetween they will not pay your hard Money back to you. Notice period is of 3 plus and in notice they will not pay your salary single rs and at last they deduct commitment pay and also deduct for any damages of mouse, keyboard, headphones, laptop charger etc ..very chinddi attitude. One more important things company installed Worksnap application on each employee's laptop to watch their activities on laptop as it takes snapshot every after 10 mint what exact you do on your company laptop.HR never disclose such hidden things at the time of offer letter and at the timing of joining day they start taking our signature on bond paper and as we don't have any other option to sign this on the 1st day, we need to sign it and we got trapped in their hidden policy. So my friendly advice not to join this company fresher as well as experience person. HR is very rude, i think she is just admin person not a exactly HR.

1) Learning is great and ceo will help you every day he took daily standup meet where he actually solve your problem if you got blocked in some particular thing for more than 2 days 2) mentors will not teach you they will gives you only glimpse you have to do by own as I said if you got stuck they will help you 3) if your took your spare time to learn new technology then you also can get the opportunity to work on that tech . They will provide you opportunity 4) They use azure devops for for project management compay has automation and dot net MVC technologies. Where you can learn the overall development for automation you get quite good exposure for testing 5) major technology is dot net core ,dotnet mvc, react js For testing :- they have selenium , java ,dot net csharp different types of tools
