Nothing I like about bizgurukul very very much bad things are there, rules and regulations are only for an employee not for managers or upper-level favorable ones, If you love to do politics or love Chamchagiri you can join this office, only favorable ones get promotions and salary hike. There is no place for working employees. timing is strict but upper management always brings work EOD and then they will say finish this work. and yes they also provide WFH but only for there favorable ones if you are a normal employee you can't take WFH because you are not favorable to boss or manager. I JUST HATE BIZGURUKUL

I like nothing about Bizgurkul. If you want to do politics in the office you can join Bizgurkul. Zero in the term of personal growth. Only chaplusi type of people can grow in this office. Complete politics culture. Useless rules from the HR side. Girl with good attitude and with fake beauty will get chance in every thing but normal people they don’t even get chance in anything.

I completely dislike Bizgurkul. Zero growth. Zero balance. Zero in term of surroundings. Don’t even try in the Bizgurkul. They only lavish from the outside it’s opposite in the inside the office. Don’t even give wfh to the employees only there fav once can take wfh. Fake people’s office.
