... will resign otherwise after 1.5 or 1.6 years they appraised you by maximum 10%. They only wants fresher of salary 6-7k per month. There are only 2-3 permanent employee..they wants only these people..rest of them are just like garbage for ceo.

Dislikes

No training, no career growth, no job security, no appraisal, lot of politics by senior employee, they fired one employee by just saying that he wrote "looking for job" before getting job in bizbrolly & forget to remove this on his LinkedIn profile, disgusting sick people

Company is open to innovation and ready to adopt latest tech without any senior developer, each and every task can be completed by 1 year experience junior developer I will say about this only if you want to ruin your work life then go and join this company
