The only good thing is Work life balance

...can get fired in a day. Company is small but they have Maintained the structure. Salaries are on time but if you are not performing they can deduct your salary from 1st month. They have some good projects but I feel this company is good for fresher or interns. As they don’t have much responsibility.

...n point of time. Very inhuman behavior of management, inappropriate HR policies. IT took me almost 60 days to get my salary slips post my LWD that to repeatedly chasing after HR

They give opportunity to connect with client in very early stage (mainly because they lack workforce)

Overtime without any compensation, HR asking contantly to update fake good reviews for the organisation,

Nothing the company just promote toxic work culture. No growth for experience people. No job security any day they can release you. HR creates groups and just help those and for rest employees they treat as they don't even exist.

its monday to friday job but eventually one have to work on weekends. Very bad management example- had a lady manager who had 0 technical knowledge, no courtesy to speak, always used to be in her phone when we use to have meeting and later comes up with LAME questiones. She never motivates her employees. Only reason she existing over this company is because she close friend with owner. Overtime has to be normal for every employee or they are open to leave.
