Got a long list - 1. no work life balance, cannot leave office before 7:30 pm 2. need to sign 2 years bond 3. poor quality projects 4. 70% people working here are having less than 1 yr of experience. 5. no focus on code quality, only thing matters is "Code chal jana chahiye bus" 6. no professionalism from management 7. lots of politics done by the management people 8. made me work on 3 projects simultaneously 9. no compensation for working late or even working on weekends 10. no medical or any other kind of allowances, not even PF 11. don't approve your leaves easily, even some day you need to leave early, then you need to approve your mail from Team Lead, manager and HR

The product which they have is very good project to work on.

Dislikes

The company culture is very bad. Lack of effective leadership can be seen at each and every level. The work environment is very bad for even most experienced IT professionals for freshers it's even worse. They will keep make you switch technologies within very short time in which you can't even learn something. The office politics is very bad and it really reduce anyone's will to work. The bond which they will make you sign at joining is also very compulsive and will deduct a big part of your salary for a very long period of time, even if you are experienced. In the end I would say do not join unless you have no other option.
