They have put everyone's FnF on hold. They are laying off. Employees are being threatened to give 5 star ratings on Glassdoor. My impression changed about the company. Would not advise anyone to join this company.

No job security. Surprise lay-offs. Salary deductions with deduction component absent in salary slip. FnFs delayed till eternity. Fear among employees

Company ask most of the employees to work on half salary and whosoever tried to put his/her point is laid off. Incentives are also not paid for the months before covid pandemic occurs.

The management never cares for their employees, they only want that their pockets are full and not of the employees.

This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company. Instead of doing proper work, the management spends more time in tracking people's screen time, login locations and judge employees based on that.
