The projects which company gives to work on are very great, As a developer I learned lot of things from this company this company is great for skill development for freshers not for experienced!

Dislikes

Salary is not on time. Office ambiance is not good. Resources are poor. Protocols are not strict. Everything is unprofessional. Overtime is not paid. Office boy is rude. No bonuses. Less increment. This company is kind of toxic!

They paid salary very late. Even they sometime paid half salary in month. But they want work file at proper time or before time otherwise they started presuureing mental health. Work From Home time was 10-7 but they forced you to work after 7. No WORK time limit was there. Even they told to work at Sunday but when you asked for salary they deny to pay. If you told something against them then you became rude. They pressurise but when come to TIME SALARY they made excuse. we are working for salary not for free.First they told work was good but after some time when come to promotion time they started blaming they said your work was not good. But initially they told you your work well. Did not got medical leave. Very unhealthy environment for work. After leave the company again they pay that month salary very late even some time not replied your mail also. Very unprofessional place.

Sr. . Net developer trained me very well but after 2 month they resign, the reason is 2 month salary credited.
