Salary never happens on time here & complete salary is never provided. Always some fake reasons are given by the management for saving their money on employee. Mr Sachin Hingane with zero knowledge about Digital Marketing has been kept as the head of marketing department which is a big joke. In fact he is such a useless fellow that he should be kicked out right away. He has 0 knowledge ( not even report creation) still he threatens about termination to new employees for showing his power. Sachin is a big lier third class person fully supporting Mrs Pradnya Jadhav ( non sense , arrogant girl with zero etiquette while talking with senior & more experienced people than her) since Mr Sachin has zero knowledge about social media but just to protect his position, he favours her a lot. Otherwise Mr Sachin Hingane will be found on the footpath begging for money. Mrs Pradnya Jadhav is famous for unnecessarily shouting on employees for showing her power which she actually doesn’t have. She takes undue advantage of Mr Sachin Hingane’s support by misbehaving with others . She behaves as if she has 10+ years of experience which she doesn’t have it at all. All good reviews written are fake. This company is famous just for antivirus but the actual work culture is below average. Look for better opportunities but never ever join this company,

You will not get salary on 1 day of month, it will gives you on 7 or 8 or 9 or 10. Poor Management, If you want any document, it will not give you on time, you have many time to request for it. Leave management is not proper.

Never expected , worst company to work, Female MD is really a bad behaviour , also The HR name start with V has bad behaviour and she makes Misunderstanding between employees and MD, No proper work given, everay she switch from work
