Great culture and empowerment to all employees. Senior Management is approachable and are always ready to support or guide. Majority of the clients are Swiss based and working with them gives a different perspective of work culture. HR engagement and support for employees are great. No shift work.

HR is good. Work life balance. Some employees are good they value people and thier skills.

People are not interested in work. No leadership. Poor quality of work. Only passion is money and enjoyment. Old school management style. Technical skills are not appreciated. Only unnecessary communication is considered skill. Good people are being bullied by seniors. Lot of unnecessary talking which hinders productivity. Not a peaceful environment for work.

Good opportunity for the freshers as well as experienced developers to work with highly skilled professionals on web application development, they are using the latest technologies which is almost plus for any developer who join bixbytes. Good career growth for the technologies we use at bixbytes
