The higher the designation, the more incompetent, over-aged, short tempered, nepotism stricken, coward people are glued with the chair since ice age, not having minimum knowledge, etiquette, cartacy and professionalism other than trying to solve everything by money. The director is the worst and most arrogant personality ever seen. Their on spot "tughlag" abusive, unfairly condescending Behaviour plays with employees career. People are hired with most false and incompetent pannel thus the nonsense saga continues. Nasty politics, misuse of power and designation, misbehaving and sometime physical abuse to the low level employees. The rating of this organization is high because it considered students, faculties and other's feedbacks which the authority always oils for their benefits, of course because it is an educational organization. But stuffs and other employees are unfairly treated with no respect. Worst decesion makings comes from the general managers and the highest authorities are the most ignorant about minimum knowledge that can be expected at that level, all they know is how to whip over the subordinates like we are obligated to leak their boots Beyond our wills and skills. Job security comes in the cost of tortures, the above unfair measure, and a static 5-7% static hike every year. Saturday working days, 6 days a week.
