Too much politics in company.mid managers does not care about company but only care about their job security so they get juniors fired and only keep freshers which are no more threat to seniors saving their jobs as such they give bad reviews to upper management.mid managers should keep on changing every three months.

Some pega leads are unprofessional and unsupportive. Head HR is very rude. Forcibly bond for 3 years for freshers either fine for 5 lakhs which is definitely not a legal bond Lots of partiality. Less projects
