So far so good, I've not found anything which I can say is not good. However, since BITCS is a start-up, it does need to get things a little more organized.

Likes

Bitcs is an excellent place for carrier growth. You will get high end projects and get to learn how big company operates.

Dislikes

The projects sometimes has EST timezones so you overlap with EST and sometimes work late night.

work-life balance can be disturbed at times but it's unintentional, lack of transparency and less emphasis on culture
