Miscommitment by Seniors and Management During interview they will show you a glossy dream about company and will commit as per candidate.The National Head, who even don't know about the market and all will commit you everything during interview, he will take interview keeping gutka in mouth. Once you get recruited and enter the company, you will get to know, that whatever they told interview was a mere lie. Company believe in hire and fire culture. They will fire any employees without any notice, without stating any reason. Be careful before joining.

DEEPAK SINGH , RASHMI RANJAN ROUT RONTY BORGOHAIN, HEMANTA DUTTA, These are the main poisonous people in the company and reason for downfall. Company appointed a junior technical guy as a NATIONAL HEAD- SALES,who knows nothing about the sales and marketing,he only gives you fake assurances and commitment and organizational behaviour is missing and he behaves like SARDAR OF THE LABOUR'S. All the departments heads are very poor mindset people. Pls stay away from this company. Deepak Singh, Rashmi ranjan rout, Hemanta dutta, These are the people responsible for poor performance of the company.
