...ience of my life. The GM is a very sexist prick. I was underpaid and overworked. One month they didn’t even bother to pay my salary and when asked the GM he said I was lucky to be still working here. Constant surveillance, you are judged on your personal life more that your professional life. No job security and a very harassing work environment. If you’re a woman I’d suggest not to go there. Very difficult to work environment

Only thing is to like is entry level payscale.

No project management neither project planning. No documentations neither control over timelines or prototype building. No way to learn and new idea scope. They will never accept you ideas. It's simply monopoly. To much extra working. Late seating and working on weekends. It will take ages to reimbursement you expses.

no training, no guidance, no job security, you never know when you will be fired at any moment, no career growth, beg for salary, delayed salary always, you never know when you will get your salary, they will plan your travel anytime without asking your availability, also they will plan your travel only on holidays saturdays sundays, you will not get compensation, company runs on bad politics instead of technology, no learning only bombarding by empty brains, work environment is worst because of micromanagement of employee. You will be completely under video surveillance with audio recording. No scope for Creativity and innovation, no Work life balance since you have to work overtime under pressure and hate. No appreciation motivation respect. Every attempt to lower your confidence and self respect.
