Only one thing that is Getting salary in right time .

I have already completed 2 years in this organisation but getting no promotion and other job responsibility. I want to know about process monitoring and ISO. Right now some times i feel boar about these daily basis clarical job responsibility. I want to explore the quantity process. I request to the management please look after this matter.
