...management is not good. If u dont take transfer u have only option lose the job. At that time u won't get ur salary or expenses.

Work knowledge is well shared. Senior support is worth appreciating. Appraisal process is good Products are well accepted in the market.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor Increment is also not at par industry standards. Too much hierarchy.

The company does not do the settlement of the person who leaves the job.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
