Worst experience with CEO of the company mr Manoj- most Unprofessional , rude and nonsense manager I hv ever worked with.. only one person is so amazing and supportive in every terms Savitha Mam she’s the person I always want to work with such kind of being. Mr Manoj doesn’t know how to value, respect an educated employee, he pressurise one sound technical IT employee to work into sales and marketing area and he will insult you like anything.I don’t know wat education he took …. I never had such pathetic experience with anyone at such higher position.. he is one greedy man for who only business money matters no respect to educated employees

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
