No salary since last 11 months. Nowadays company is pressurising its employees to collect advance payment from its dealers against their requirements but the company is not able to deliver the materials on time after receiving payments and so the dealers are usung abusive languages against us because their money is blocked.

Now Birla tyre plant is closed.So, nothing to say. I have started my career with this organisation at the edge of the end of this organisation. So I didn’t experience real culture of Birla tyre.

...irla tyres at the edge of the end, I couldn’t experience the real Birla tyres.I still have 6 months salary uncleared. Company owner was very cheap in terms of giving salary & wedges to her employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... Covid induced slowdown otherwise people would have left the company long ago. On an average 15 days accumulated salary is released every 2 months(7 days a month) and company has not paid salary since March 2020 and expenses since July 2019. RH and equivalent position employees are giving threats every now and then for making employees resign as they are aware about no jobs in tyre industry. Old employees(more than 7-8 years with company) have no other work but to collude with orher old employees and play politics and making the new employees suffer. Use of abusive language is prominent during all kind of conversation.
