Work culture is horrible. No set process. Specially HR operations are pathetic. They apply different rules for different employees as per thr comfort. All work policies are only one sided. Once you resigned they don't treat you as human and harrase like anything

At Birla Estates there is a whole lot of potential to explore and shine. The work life balance makes you enhance the work profile and handle the tasks effeciently. Its a young nextgen office so lot of new thoughts and ideas are welcomed to make a better working place.

No much support can be expected from higher authorities expect from site level. Still will be highly regards and respect to Birla group as I had an opportunity to work with this prestigious organization with rich legacy.

You will be given due respect as an employee. Work life balance is ok. Flexibility in work hours. Company wants to take care of the employees.

Dislikes

Nobody wants to work. Seniors are too laid back and content with their so called job. Very boring company to work with. Come work here once you crossed 50. That's how the culture here is. If u are 25 and u join here it will make u behave like a 50 year old. The culture has been made that nobody even tries to do anything new. The attitude is why take risk !!
