...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This organization (Maharshtra zone especially) is on decline mode. Management on day to day basis harasses professionals by giving existential threats, most likely it will extend confirmation period (in 80% cases), promotes favouritism (known folks will get hired at higher designation, salary -I know in of the cases the question asked was - 'hope all is well in your family'). Variable salary component for Sr. Manager and above grade is 30-50% only. Travel Claim reimburesement takes 45-60 days. Join only if you have a solid exit plan within 1 year or else, you will be in a tough spot.

Salary on time. Good place to work when your retirement is near. You will get extension further after retirement if your approach to HO personalities is good.

Initially, the company was good to work for and had a supportive environment, but now the same is deteriorating day by day. With the joining of the new MD, the company is now primarily focusing on showing off. Declining Work Environment, Slow Work Culture, Primary Focus on Timely Attendance Over your Work, Preference for Retired Personnel Over Young Talent, Biased Appraisal System

...worst thing is employees get increment very late. Company cuts 3 months arrears. They don't pay PF from company side, they will deduct both side pf from your salary and will fool govt.
