...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Companies policies are good,apparaisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politices and the managment doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.

This organization (Maharshtra zone especially) is on decline mode. Management on day to day basis harasses professionals by giving existential threats, most likely it will extend confirmation period (in 80% cases), promotes favouritism (known folks will get hired at higher designation, salary -I know in of the cases the question asked was - 'hope all is well in your family'). Variable salary component for Sr. Manager and above grade is 30-50% only. Travel Claim reimburesement takes 45-60 days. Join only if you have a solid exit plan within 1 year or else, you will be in a tough spot.

I want that the management of the role employee should pay above 25k and also promote every two years.

The management does not think about off role employees in the company. Female employees should also be on role.

Companies culture is ok & skill development program, work life balance.

Salary, Promotional politics, HOD culture . HOD is god & if you work hard but you dont have talent of buttering , you will be treated like garbage. Every thing depends on HOD & HOD loves politics.
