It was not a good experience with company.Salary is very less .Seniors don't support .No specific training for trainee engineers .Internal polities is very high and facililties like accommodation are very bad.

This organization (Maharshtra zone especially) is on decline mode. Management on day to day basis harasses professionals by giving existential threats, most likely it will extend confirmation period (in 80% cases), promotes favouritism (known folks will get hired at higher designation, salary -I know in of the cases the question asked was - 'hope all is well in your family'). Variable salary component for Sr. Manager and above grade is 30-50% only. Travel Claim reimburesement takes 45-60 days. Join only if you have a solid exit plan within 1 year or else, you will be in a tough spot.

Salary, Promotional politics, HOD culture . HOD is god & if you work hard but you dont have talent of buttering , you will be treated like garbage. Every thing depends on HOD & HOD loves politics.
