Work allocation is totally different from the JD shared during hiring. Nothing to learn new. System & policy is old/outdated and decision making is quite slow. No leave during Probation period, even if you fall sick.

This organization (Maharshtra zone especially) is on decline mode. Management on day to day basis harasses professionals by giving existential threats, most likely it will extend confirmation period (in 80% cases), promotes favouritism (known folks will get hired at higher designation, salary -I know in of the cases the question asked was - 'hope all is well in your family'). Variable salary component for Sr. Manager and above grade is 30-50% only. Travel Claim reimburesement takes 45-60 days. Join only if you have a solid exit plan within 1 year or else, you will be in a tough spot.
