1. You got call/msg anytime and you have to send documents or what ever they ask. 2. No work life balance. 3. Toxic Environment. 4. At the time of joining HR told me about 5 days working and then after 6-8 months they said sat will be WFH. 5. When you ask for FnF they will complete keep you ignoring.

Working at Birla Brainiacs International School can be stressful due to forcefully working on saturday, long hours, and lack of career growth. Management is often unresponsive. The focus is more on marketing than education, and frequent policy changes create an unstable work environment. Overall, the workload is not high still put pressure on employee. management disrespact you and your work. even unstable job.
