No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Nothing there in this company to like anything. Only ghatiya politics is there👎🏻👎🏻

In this company evrything is dislike. Management is proper laala and company is also laala type so don't join this company because they destroy ur career. I would say never join this company. They would never give u appreciation. They fire u without any reason. If I had my way, I would shut down this company right now because this company has ruined the careers of many people. There is a mean person here, Rahul Aggarwal, who is the worst n worst person and even the management listens to him and he is the one who does not let anyone's salary increase and is busy in removing all the old employees. He fills the ears of the owners and pressurizes the employees below him. He cannot get a job anywhere else except this company because he is just saving his job by being a sycophant.
