Company has deducted 50% salary of April, may,june and also deducted after some months.Also deducted 11 days salary of march month . I know crisis going on but they have to think whose salary around 20k / month and they will deducted 50% .how people survive in this crisis.

You will never get encouraged if you work full dedicated and give 200% . They will only encourage their manager and think whole business u get in your territory is possible only via dealers & Managers. You have nothing do anything.

Biosystems company is based on Spain country. This company has focused mainly biochemistry analyzers, reagents and calibration. Has own manufacturer instruments and reagents etc. Here I have worked very peacefully with independently. My colleagues are also so good and characters.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
