1) rnd concern .There is no senior who will guide the team. 2) Most of the rnd projects are outsourcing ( electronics design to software everything ) 3) No chance to develope your Rnd skills 4)low appraisal approx 10% 5) most of the skillfull persons are left the company

Likes

Company facility is really good and they provide canteen and transportation free. Work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

No job security for any employee, they may hire you for 3 4 months and fire you after completing projects. Head supervisor is dumb. And production head also. I will not recommended to anyone to do job here.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent in many things. Company policies are good. Most satisfy thing is salary. Salaries issued in time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company was closed before of only one month intimation. We are lot of struggling with that.

Excellent teammates with good job security with excellent career growth with proper appraisal with good work environment. I wish the BIOSENSE TECHNOLOGIES with excellent positive progress in reaching their targetted goals.

I have not came across any situation for disliking about working as I was provided the requisites to achieve the goals assigned to me.

Financially unsatisfaction, false commitment of incentives, no increement from joining till date, area expansion without any additional expenses as well as no increement in CTC.
