Zero Saturdays off Hardly 10 holidays during the year No separate sick leaves Unpaid overtimes No transperancy in appraisal process Strict punch in time but no additional payment for overtime due to lack of manpower. Management is thankless- "if you work for hours after your office time and still the work is not completed, it's of no use to us ( this is during manpower and financial crunch of the company) and if you want to leave on time even though your work is not completed because of any reason, then Bioprime is not the place for you" Are almost the exact words from higher management. HR department is not cooperative enough Some Chamchaas of mgmt are treated differently in secret (no so secret) and yet the mgmt keeps blabbering about equal treatment to everyone.
