Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Salary issue and travelling claim issue. Only count that day when you do meeting and credit salary only for those days. No weekly off. If you haven't done meeting any day, for that day forgot your salary. Even sunday also or any weekly off if you have in your mind. Travelling claim only provide on the basis of bill. Only public transport allowed. Don't take share auto if not providing bill. Don't use own money for travelling. If company providing advance then use that. If you use own money for travelling then, you have to chase for that. Your reporting will be not a single person. You have to report 4 person on perday basis.

The company is too worst and management also. They are torturing the employees ànd getting the job done...if the management is okay only they can run the company in a good way.
