One of the worst company in karnataka. I am commenting about devarahosahalli branch. HR shows childish behaviour. 1. No career opportunities, 2. Degree failed candidates also works here. 3. Even HR doesn't know about HR policies. She acts like queen of the company. She is the dangerous criminal of the company. 4. No perfect training will be given here for trainees. 5. No Employment benefits. And there is no security for the job. Toxicology Section HOD is also criminal by removing employees from the company by creating silly reasons. 6. Finally it is best place for cunning Nature, and persons shows double game nature.

Dislikes

MD/CEO and Management behave so cheaply. No respect for employees working under them. Work Life Balance is so difficult to manage. No HR Policies for the people all are against the people. Human Rights is of No Value here.

Best company to gain overall preclinical experience. Exposure to widestream learning concepts and new challenges are handy.

Great boss, but, need a leadership in reporting manager position. Ample scope to improve.

Its very fast grow CRO under a visionary leadership. Delegation of responsibility and accountability is good. Stress more on quality and timelines

Location and distance of the facility, 50 km from bangalore, travelling is bit inconvenient
