My plant is very new letest technology.i like team work and readily adopts latest machine in high quality products and has global client blade.as a result ,I get travel abroad , especially to provide a food and bus also.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have double duty's, which is why l have to take back my suggestions most of times receive appreciation , but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to expansion guide.

less work pressure. work-life balance in the sense of less work to do

Compensation is poor and no annual increments. growth is negligible. Managers do not value individuals' unique strength. No response from top management on top critical issues facing company. highly legally non-compliant company. policy making and taking decision is not transparent. No assistants to help you and you have to do everything by yourself

... The plant had a major fire and is not fully recovered. It has financial crunch. So every employee come , sit and take salary for doing nothing

Dislikes

High Job insecurity and uncertainty in starting. No career growth seemingly available, at least at present. It is not advisable to join here.

Company is not supported& they are not run industry ,¬ paying salaries also.since from lock down & suffering job less, maintain the family.overl we are very bad situation.

Working atmosphere is ok, lots of freedom in duty, but Careerwise not happy due to there no growth & salaries are much.
