I hve been workng since 2021 stil i had a salary is 15000 thts also 2tym hike 1st tym the give a hike at after 1 yr 6months with 1500 and thy need to go chennai so i accept bcz last tym thy asked i reject so thy give punishment to do a backoffice work for 4 days so tht nxt tym i accepted i have a proof tht im working more then 12hrs per day without hike after 3 yr thy said again 1200 increment no problem whoever to join bioline pls ask tht are employer not a big staff like phd staff and doctors most of the phd staff doent have a sense bcz even what Msc candidate knwn thts also thy r dont knw this is the biggest problm you work under without knwldge person i write a resign letter but thye smashed thts done by accounts department infront of HR tis is the bad thing in bioline i have the smasd letter with me even the doc sign if any one need to belive ill sent it

Less salary, they will get most out you without paying the money, no time management, there is no pay for over time, there is no leave and they don't even pay for that, the hierarchy has ego problems.

We cannot expect growth in that environment. They give u only 12,000 as starting payment and no hike and recognition expected. From the start of the day to end u need to stand and only half an hour break for lunch. More politics in workplace. Poor HR policy with no solution at all.
