Terrible decision making, no industrial standard R&D development methods, terrible cost cutting ideas, no fix annual appraisals , salary kike is also poor

Salary delay No appraisal and bonus last two year Politics by some people No other extra benefits like food transport etc

WFH isn't too intensive, moderate amt of work is expected and b4 lockdown initiated alternate day reporting or reporting only if necessary, HoD's and HR are empathic, supportive and friendly, benefit of flexible morning reporting time range of an hour and 2 day week-ends off is provided, innovative work is done, QA is helpful, other work colleagues are friendly, good for freshers/interns to learn and grow, latest equipment is available is some labs, tech transfer is done which enhances experience

Dislikes

CB dept members are immature, insecure, manipulative, indulge in groupism/politics/harassment, poor work management, not open to criticism; growth is restrained by team politics, compensation is ok, appraisal/increment is random and not based on performance, some lab equipment/instruments are old, salary may get delayed at times as right now during lockdown, admin is lethargic, certain management members create roadblocks for smooth workflow,

Likes

Work culture is very good. Have a young crowd and thus we gel quite easily. You Get to learn many techniques. And there is regular updates of your work. Work life balance is maintained nicely.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals are an issue. Relatively low growth of company as compared to its counterparts.
