Company policies are good and supportive team management. Good work culture. They give good salary on time.

Over all is good for employee.. But company related one issue raw material is not sufficient in india....?

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evey year.

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 yeay befory which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I felt fed up being known the entire culture. Neither a single technical person was there nor used to try to understand the value of this. But Owner is very good person, though he was driven by wrong person. Thanks.

On the time of interview the HR manager tell me about the policy of company but after I know all about the company. In lockdown initially they want my covid report after submitting my report than they said to me you must be quarantine for 14 days with your accommodation.

Dislikes

I don't like to work here because of the policies there.
