...t the perks and benefits that the company offers it's interns is truly the best. The pay is comparatively good and the free cab service and lunch are the cherry on top. However, the same cannot be said for their regular employees.

Your plan of work as an intern is not mapped out at all, so if you came here to actually learn on a specific area, you will be disappointed.

...have good team bonding culture and have multiple outings in a year for the same. They provide decent salary as per the post.

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company

...ver there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program. Thank You!

HR policies are excellent. World class standards for API production, exposure to different levels and skill development opportunities.

Employees are exploited to an extent . Overtime without pay and work life balance difficult to maintain.
