Biocon provides an excellent interface in the field of Biosimilars/biopharmaceuticals.The good part is the employee gets a wide exposure to different fields. It's good place to learn, especially for freshers. If you are seeking to grow in development science(R&D,) then Biocon is a place to be for sure.

The growth is low, especially in R&D, compensation is decent, 20-25%hike is good. Some managers do not care about an individual, but then it is case to case basis.

...have good team bonding culture and have multiple outings in a year for the same. They provide decent salary as per the post.

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company

...ver there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program. Thank You!

HR policies are excellent. World class standards for API production, exposure to different levels and skill development opportunities.

Employees are exploited to an extent . Overtime without pay and work life balance difficult to maintain.

Never recognise the people who work smartly and gives better outputs. There is no salary standards and more there is huge difference in the salary package. Most important thing is that they never bother to normalise the salary as per current market.
