There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It's a very good experience of learning of new things and it is a great opportunity for working in that company....

Senior employees not given respect to junior employees

...ged to learn as much as possible and my co-workers were ready to help and teach. As i worked as project trainee i didn't get any appraisal or increase in the salary. The people around Biocon are good but few experienced people treat trainees according to their mood. And the lunch they provide was good ,healthy.

The senior people of other department think that its their company and i was treated ill sometimes.

...have good team bonding culture and have multiple outings in a year for the same. They provide decent salary as per the post.

Dislikes

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company
