got to learn a lot about how to work in the lab and management my tasks from both my manager and colleagues

Dislikes

Salary is extremely less unless you are hired through Biocon academy only for research-based positions. I was made to understand that if i work as an intern for 3 months or 6 months they would conduct an interview to transfer my internship into a full time job. But upon working there i saw other interns who had finished 6 months were asked to work more under an extended internship rather than providing them the opportunity to interview for a full time role. but people through Biocon academy or through their campus placements got full-time roles instantly with a good salary and a few off-campus candidates are given the same roles for lesser pay. Pay disparity is a huge issue. I saw a lot of interns and employees had to come in during almost all weekends to work without overtime or extra days off.

...ent and culture. All teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

There is no any such a point that disappointed me.
