Bin arbaid Group of Company is open to innovation and the work environment is really superb. Further the Top Management readily adopts latest technology and ideas of staff for the development of the overall business of the Group and also to meet the atmost customers satisfaction. We work happily in this Company as family. I also like the employee rehire policy here. The rewards and remuneration of the Company is at par with the Standards of other Companies in Qatar.

Dislikes

No on the job training provided to new joining employees. Compensation is good but incentive system to all employees is not implemented based on their productivity and Efficiency skills. Customers feedback system is not properly reviewed and action to be taken based on feedback for further development.
