Worst management experienced by many, when Aamir COO took over the position the Management has failed many promises to pay to their employees. Was good during before Aamir, now its too worst situation to continue the work in bimal. We used to get salary + incentives together till 2021, now all have changed & cut-down by the current management with same pressure of work.

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE YOU NEED TO WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK IF YOU TAKE LEAVE THEY WILL DEDUCT SALARY NO INCENTIVES WILL BE GIVEN ON TIME NO RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO ETHICS THEY WILL DE MOTIVATE YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT TOO MANY SLABS FOR INCENTIVE WHICH CANNOT BE ACHIEVED YOU NEED TO WORK 12 HOURS A DAY THEY DONT SUPPORT YOU FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL BE THE PERSON TO GET POINTED FOR EVERY MISTAKES THEY MAKE! The management doesn't address our issues. Moreover, they will not release your salaries even in tough times like covid pandemic. The GM of Chandmari branch will always be trying to hold your salaries. He is supportive only if you are selling vehicles. But during this covid pandemic, selling of commercial vehicles is really tough but no matter what, you won't get your salaries even if it's only one month. Disgusting.
