There is a lots of politics. And all manager and Team lead are Diploma Dhari... in Ahmedabad location. Kindly go for kocchi and Singapore location ... That is gud for you.. But don't join Bimage Ahmedabad.....

Dislikes

Micro management in Ahmedabad location... Even they notice you while you went for toilet.... and counting your time..... So just go for kocchi location that is the gud one....

In this company they properly give appraisal in September of each year and also give promotions for eligible employees. Also we can take wfh for the working Saturdays.

Too bad environment and culture in bimage company in India branch. Totally play game some seniors with new employees or freshers employees. After 1 year when you aks ur increment then management dicide hire new employees and who want increment nikal do u he esa seen h bimage company m. Mujhe to esa lga ye 1.5 years m kuch learn nhi kr payi m wapas back chle gyi hu. Totally waste ho gya 1.5 years mera. Jb tk in old senior ko replace nhi krenge wha daily bases m new employees hire honge aur whi employees job chor denge in senior k wjh se. 1 year m 20 employees aaye gye. Even HR bhi 2,3 month se jada y company m nhi tikte h hr pe hr bhi every 2 month m change ho jate h. Don't go there for job if you want grow your career don't go in BIMAGE Consultancy INDIA pvt Ltd.

The company thinks to bring the changes that the good part of the management but over depending to a specific leaders kills the spirit of the culture of the organization.

Dislikes

This is the company where CEO above the CEO India operations takes all decisions. CEO is not technically sound here so he is a lam-duck while taking any major or minor decision. The MD(Ajith Menon) has a great vision to lead the company however, we find him least concerned to listen to the employees. On his last visit to India, Ajith Menon promised to bring some drastic changes in the organization but no changes have taken place yet. People are not getting motivated by working here.
