Very poor working culture and no job security

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is average but career growth is very slow . Every one feels they are work like inside jail and no one try to understand juniors problems.

Not job security on there and also they did not provide official letter timely. He fires any employee from the company at any time. They have played with employee careers.Plant head has no manners of how to behave his employee. Thats it

There is all groupisum and totally political environment, all are there came for only entertainment. Those who are not in there group for drinking and all type of there party which held in there duty hours. They throw him from the company. Even a head of this firm is also a responsible for all this activities.
