Some less deserving people at sitting at manager levels at site who misguided top management to satisfy their own ego. I personally feel top management is very supportive and they give importance to their each and every employee but the site management teams are exploiting their communication benefits with top management.
Internal politics between department is too high.. They make there name by getting maximum output from minimum work force... The work-life balance is too law..
As for as my experience, without proper coordination between Mgrs. Project execution team, especially some of new construction mgrs use their bossim to show their power, eventhoough the new comers are talented, the seniors in the company compresses the new comer talent by showing their seniority in the company, but some of the seniors don't know have the talent for the position held
