Job Security and Work life balance is the decent thing in this organisation.

Dislikes

The management is extremely poor, especially in the North East region. The Zonal Head, Tapan Lenka, has proven to be untrustworthy, and the managers under his supervision are also performing poorly.

Job security is excellent. In fact in this pandemic there was no salary cut and the salary was credited with no delay. The culture is good. The coworkers are helpful that's it.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very low and needs much more compensation. Salary structure needs to be improved.

You will get enough of work here but still it will be like working in government job

...any still works in legacy structure. Worst leave policy you will come across. No other benefits than salary. HR policies and Department almost does not exist for employees benefits

Its not pleasent experience. U can't learn anything there.

It is a place were you cannot grow further in career. They give low salary and ask us to work for over time. Higher authorities don't treat their subordinates well. They don't appreciate your work even you come excellence in it.

Working with Billdesk was a fine experience as an organization. The problem is they do not give increments in time. It is late by 1 year all the time. The HR is very slow. My manager was pathetic. She is not worth for being a manager.

Dislikes

Salary, appraisal, career growth, Leads are decided on the basis of seniority and not merit.. Not necessary every senior person can be good leader, NO DESIGNATION.
