Timely salary (not as per the industry) but that also after draining the last ounce of energy & giving sleepless nights.

This is for Malad branch Worst organisation to work, no dignity to teachers, no clarity about anything, no proper management or planning, the leadership leaves the teachers in a void and teachers are made to look like fools before students and parents, classes are allotted just a day before the school begins, hence the teachers do not have time to prepare for the lectures. HR Ms Leena from the HO is the worst, has the audacity to insult the teachers during exit interviews instead of trying to retain them Teacher's having great calibre have already left the organisation due to mistreatment at the hands of the co-ordinators. Nothing to learn here except trying to stay afloat

As I'm an art teacher there so I don't know about the other subject faculties but there is a familiar staff and job security is also there free transport only at leaving time

...d even traffic problems in leaving hours otherwise kandivali is the best option.Pay scale is very low. Increments are on time but not as expected.politics.heavy work load.Work life becomes hectic when any event as it tends us to wait back and complete.

Good opportunities for teachers Salary on time Teachers are hardworking and helpful with each other Principal is the person whom we can approach in need instead of Coordinator.

Even if work is less too much of work pressure is created. Meetings at any time creating stressful environment. Had to pay three months salary to leave the school (School should understand health problem )because i was not well. Messages from school even after school timings regularly which affects the privacy.

Likes

Hands on experience learning of students. Integrated Culminating of every grade. A Team for every grade.

Dislikes

No proper salary structure. Pathetic conditions for employees. Never give the security back to the teachers on leaving. Every program is paid for students. No clean drinking water available. No proper cleaning staff available. No electricity available for working staff in June.

Only Salary is on time.

No ethical work culture. Management is not supportive. No value of Hard work and loyalty. No matter how many year you work for company... No system and SOP for any work. Poor communication form management.
